INTEMPO built Escuela Distribuidores Nissan No. 119 in San Pablo del Monte, Tlaxcala, as part of an initiative by Fundación Distribuidores Nissan A.C. to strengthen educational infrastructure in the community.
The company was responsible for executing the project and integrated modular construction systems to develop a functional school complex.
The project was supervised by the Instituto Tlaxcalteca de la Infraestructura Física Educativa (ITIFE) and was delivered in November 2023.
INTEMPO built three educational infrastructure modules for the SABES campus in San José de Otates, Manuel Doblado, Guanajuato: a three-classroom attached module, a workshop, and a sanitary module.
The project was built with modular construction solutions, expanding the infrastructure available for the student community's academic and training activities.
INTEMPO built the Civil Protection and Public Safety Center of Polotitlán, in the Estado de México, for the H. Ayuntamiento Constitucional de Polotitlán.
The project, developed in 2015, was intended to strengthen municipal infrastructure for civil protection and public safety functions, creating spaces for community care and emergency response.
With this project, INTEMPO took part in developing public infrastructure for strategic community protection and care.
INTEMPO supplied and installed the prefabricated construction system for a Walmart retail building in Silao, Guanajuato, integrating walls, support structure, and roofing as part of a coordinated construction solution.
The CUSTODIA wall system was implemented, with 10 cm PVC panels, a bolt-together steel load-bearing structure, and high thermal-performance roofing.
